Meet Dr Carmen
I’m a GP with a background in clinical research and a special interest in women’s and female adolescent health. Over the years, I’ve become passionate about guiding women and girls through every stage of life, from puberty to menopause, with support that’s practical, individualised, and evidence-based.
I take the time to explore the whole picture with each patient, from cycles, sleep, and stress, to nutrition, mood, and long-term wellbeing.
I offer care for a wide range of women’s health concerns including period problems, vulval and vaginal health, contraception (including implants), perimenopause and menopause management, premenstrual syndrome and mood changes, breast checks, and Pap smears. I also hold a SCOPE certification in obesity management, which allows me to offer safe, science-backed support for weight management in midlife and beyond.
I also love supporting parents and tweens with puberty education and advice, something I continue to share through online consultations and resources.
I am so excited to be working in an all-women’s space where your health and your story come first!
