Dr. Natalie Clarke
MBBCH (Wits), DCH (SA)
“I obtained my medical degree from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2000, a Diploma in Child Health, and trained in Aesthetic Medicine with South Africa's leading specialists. My absolute passion, however, is Women's Health"
I'm dedicated to helping women live healthier, more fulfilling lives during key transitional stages—puberty, pregnancy, post-birth, and perimenopause—when hormonal changes significantly impact physical and psychological well-being. I consider it a privilege to guide each woman who entrusts me with her healthcare journey.
With a particular interest in mental health and the mind-body connection, I believe in encouraging women to honor themselves and their bodies. I advocate for developing safe, trusting doctor-patient relationships with young women, providing compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers them to confidently seek help.
I value teamwork and strong collegial relationships, coordinating monthly educational meetings for female GPs and collaborating with women in medicine and business to increase awareness in Women's Health.
After hours - I embrace a healthy lifestyle, positive mindset, and social connections. I find joy in my family, beautiful spaces, the ocean, and hummingbirds. Cycling keeps me active and connected with nature, reflecting my belief in movement as essential for well-being.”
